Arrays

We provide services of high density oligo arrays, cDNA arrays, miRNA arrays for gene expression and Array Comparative Genome Hybridization (aCGH) for identification and characterization of DNA copy number variations across the genome. We use 70-mer probes that give optimal specific and sensitive results. All probes are designed from several different sources like Ensemble, NCBI RefSeq, GenBank, UniGene and Riken full length cDNA clone sequence set.

For Gene expression, we use human (35K) and model organisms like mouse (17K) and rat (6K). We use Agilent and Illumina multiplex arrays for whole-genome expression and dasl gene expression.

For miRNA microarrays, we use Illumina and agilent miRNA microarray kits for human and mouse models.

For Array based Comparative Genome Hybridization (aCGH), we use Agilent oligonucleotide arrays. They provide robust and precise platform for detecting chromosomal alterations throughout a genome. The 60-mer probes give optimal specific and sensitive results.
